Founded in honor of Shane, our son and the heart behind the mission, this project exists to prove that ability matters more than limitation. Shane, a stroke survivor with cerebral palsy and autism, is living proof that with the right support, anyone can shine.

We're not just serving hot dogs, we’re serving purpose. Through every meal sold, we offer inclusive, hands-on culinary training to youth and adults with disabilities, completely free of charge.
